The G7 summit brought together heads of state and government from the leading industrialised nations, as well as representatives from the European Union and selected partner countries. The Egyptian delegation therefore needed to exercise the utmost discretion, flexibility and reliable operational planning.

On the sidelines of the summit, the Egyptian President met, amongst others, French President Emmanuel Macron, US President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. The numerous bilateral meetings placed particular demands on the logistics and the timing of vehicle movements.
